USS Arikara ATF 98

Below is a splendid model by Nafts member, Paul McAdams, photographed here on display at the 1999 Nafts Reunion in Massachusetts.  Its a fairly large tug, a few feet in length, and Paul says that to build a model like this you need: (A) Plans.  (B) Photos (C) Help.
