USS Lipan ATF 85

Nafts Member, Gene Conlon of the USS Nipmuc ATF 157, is one handy guy.   Gene has a built a few of these teeny tiny ships in a bottle and graciously made this model of Lipan for Rich Tetrault in 2004.  How did he do it?
