USS Seneca ATF 91

We received the following email and believe we know who created this fine model:

My name is Robin Sullivan and I am writing because I visited your web site and found that you are looking for the person who built the USS Seneca ATF91 #1.  I believe that this is the work of my father Romuald A. Charlebois.  He was involved with your group until his way to soon death in 1992.  My brother and I have two ships that he has put together and would love to submit them to you.
