We will be staying at the Radisson Hotel and Convention Center Green Bay, 2040 Airport Drive, Green Bay, WI 54313. The Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Green Bay is nestled in a wooded area directly across from Green Bay’s Austin Straubel Airport. It is conveniently located within easy access to all major highways and provides ample, free parking. For those that require them, handicapped accessible rooms are available. We have a 3:00 p.m. check-in time and an 11:00 a.m. check-out time, although if rooms are ready, they will check you in as they become available. Our rate will be $109.00 plus tax of 15.5%. This rate is good three (3) days prior to and following the reunion, on a space available basis if there is NOT a Green Bay Packers home game.  If there is a home game the price for the Saturday and Sunday following our Reunion will be $125 a night then $109 for the Monday night. This means if you want to come early or stay later, call and make your reservations as soon as possible. The hotel’s phone number is (920) 494-7300.  Rates quoted are per night, and includes a full hot breakfast buffet for up to two guests per room. If you are coming to the reunion but are not staying at the hotel, you must pay for your breakfast.

Our reunion will also have some great tours planned.  The current thoughts are to have: Wednesday (a day touring Door County with various stops throughout the day; including the Maritime Museum and culminating in a traditional Fish Boil dinner before returning to the hotel), Thursday (choice of either a tour of Lambeau Field and the Packer’s Hall of Fame OR a city tour to include the Railroad Museum and local brewery), and Friday (tour of the Oneida Indian Reservation and a wine and cheese tasting). Additionally, we are setting aside Thursday evening so we can have individual ship gatherings.

We will have a fantastic hospitality space on the 1st floor of the hotel where I plan to hold our Welcome Social and which will allow us to bring in our own snacks, drinks, and alcoholic beverages. It even has a fireplace and a small kitchenette. We also have a space (OUTDOORS) to hold our now famous Limburger Cheese Social, which we will plan on having Thursday afternoon following the tours.

I am still working on our Saturday night banquet dinner which will include desert/coffee/tea and will be preceded by photographs by Classic Imaging. There will probably also be a cash bar during the banquet. We will also have some special entertainment; which I will save as a surprise.  Afterward, we will have our annual raffle and 50/50 drawing.  If you have any ideas for making our 2019 Reunion in Green Bay even better please give me a call at (803) 847-9154 or you can email me at:
