My Father, also Bob, was stationed on YTB 395 USS Wingina. I can't imagine there are many if any of his shipmates are still living. My Father passed in 2005. He spoke of good times in Seattle and the surrounding area including Bremerton. Ironically I laso spent 6 months in Bremerton as The USS Bainbridge CGN-25 was there for refueling. I was an IC1 functioning as a nuclear trained electrician. I would hearing from any crew or relative related to USS Wingina.
